Share-Care CMDC is a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center that will provide a comprehensive mix of healthcare, childcare, education, and social services under one roof. The mission of Share-Care CMDC is to provide medically fragile children between the ages of birth to 8 with a continuum of medical care prescribed by their doctors in a stimulating daycare environment. This will also allow the children to be exposed to a wide range of activities including arts and crafts, socialization, large muscle group activities, and general learning.

Share Care CMDC will be staffed by experienced pediatric RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and therapists who will evaluate the children throughout the day as needed. Additional staff will include Certified Educators, Social Work Services, Respiratory Care, Nutritional Support, and Resource Family Support. The staff will also work hand-in-hand with the children’s physicians to facilitate their advancement through specialized training and innovative learning systems—at the cutting edge of child development. This curriculum, coupled with a state-of-the-art, custom-designed facility and a 1:3 child-to-nurse ratio, ensures top-shelf service for the children and their parents.
